Objective:
Since I have a lifetime of experience (still being modest...) in
writing and styling in English, French, Dutch and German, I would love to be a translator of novels or even poetry (which
I have already done...)...
Experience...
Being an author-poet, writing in Dutch, English, French and German, I have translated
many texts into different languages. For a Georgian fugitive I even translated classical Georgian poems and fables into English
and Dutch. This work has been published in the Netherlands. Besides that I might add I am a graduated scientist in Dutch Linguistics,
Literature and Cul-ture, studies which included worlwide literature as well. In the Netherlands I published 13 poetry-albums,
one book (memoires of a member of the Dutch reristance during Worlwar II), organized many literary events, featuring famous
Dutch poets and musicians and so on...
In the Netherlands I have worked as a publisher-printer (of
poetry-albums and a monthly literary magazine), an organizer of multicultural literary events, and a publishing graphic
artist. Besides all that I have been a teacher in artclasses for kids & adults.
I used to be artdirector and headeditor of my own company.
